1.1 When placing an order from indibrew.com.au you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years, and that all details relating to your order are true and correct. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 years, and also that the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18 years. You will be asked to supply your date of birth in order to finalise your purchase with indibrew.com.au. You confirm that any gifts you purchase via indibrew.com.au will be received by persons over the age of 18 years.
1.2 Orders placed via indibrew.com.au are subject to our Delivery Terms as described in paragraph 5 below. Returns (refunds) for orders made via the website are available as described in paragraph 6 below.
1.3 All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
1.4 All goods or services are provided in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions displaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

- Delivery
5.1 Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout.
5.2 All deliveries are processed by either IndiBrew Drivers or third party couriers depending on the destination and delivery timeframe. Delivery vendors are selected at the discretion of IndiBrew.
5.3 Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with timelines and regions set out on the Delivery Information page, please see delivery information for further details for times and locations or contact IndiBrew via our Live Chat or by calling 1800 327 880 for any questions relating to delivery.
5.4 Limitations on delivery of certain products:
(a) All products are only delivered to Sydney metro area.

- Returns for Functions and Events
7.1 Normal business trading rules apply for all aspects of delivery, returns and refunds. All clients will automatically sign up for our existing terms when they agree to the service.
- Payment
8.1 Payment options.
(a) Initially, all orders placed on the website must be paid in full before shipment of the goods. Where payment for an order is made by credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however, it may be retained by our payment gateway provider in circumstances where this is required.
(b) For Approved Credit Accounts, all orders placed on the website by the certified account contacts can be processed on the Account Payment Terms. If the account is within its trading terms the goods will be shipped. Please use our Contact Us to open a Credit Account with us. Credit Accounts are approved at our discretion, subject to credit and reference checks and guarantees.
8.2 In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit detail, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that stock will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment is otherwise affected.
