The Brand
A DarkStar was an ancient star in the cosmos that was so powerful, it moved the universe around it without being immediately visible. It represents quiet strength, hidden brilliance and influence over its surroundings.
Inspired by the night sky, its shared availability, navigation, connectivity, beauty and purpose, we hope that our striking logo captures that collective spirit.
A celestial Indigenous-owned brand, our dream is that our delicious collection of wines from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley is a thing of beauty, and will have an impact beyond what is immediately visible.
Why DarkStar
Australia has a world-class reputation for wine, and we set out to find the right winemaking partners to bring the DarkStar label to life. After extensive tasting across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia, Joe and the team discovered talented winemakers in some of Australia’s most renowned regions, including the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley.
Our inaugural wines were shaped by a deep understanding of our corporate clients and the styles they enjoy. While everyone’s tastes are different, we believe we’ve found two standout wines that are perfectly suited to the Australian corporate setting.

A world class region with sought after Shiraz grape vintage.
White Wine
A fresh and vibrant white wine showing lifted grassy green aromas and bright citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit on the nose, leading to a crisp, dry palate with lively, mouth-watering acidity.
A classic Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc taste profile and beautiful finish.
