Delivery, Returns & Refunds

We deliver Monday to Friday within 10km of the Sydney CBD. Currently working on our Melbourne business.

Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated during checkout.

Our standard delivery service is available Monday to Friday. We use our own drivers or a courier partner.

NSW Delivery Regulations

According to the Liquor & Gaming regulatory framework, an order cannot be left unattended and must be delivered to: (1) The purchaser, being an adult over 18 years old (2) A nominated adult being over the age of 18 years old, at the delivery address. Systems are in place so that these regulations can be adhered to, with Drivers, Staff and 3rd party couriers all acting in accordance. If the recipient looks under 25 years old, drivers will request photo identification. Delivery of alcohol cannot be to a public place, alcohol free zone, prohibited or restricted area and not between the hours of midnight (or 11pm on Sundays) and 9am. Returns and Refunds

IndiBrew will gladly exchange or refund your purchase in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product you have purchased is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. To arrange a refund or return please call directly on 1800 327 880 as soon as you identify the problem.
