Pale straw green in colour. Aromas of fresh pear juice with hints of lavender, rose and cinnamon stick. Flavours of fresh pear and cinnamon are dominant followed by hints of fennel and jasmine on the mid-palate with soft acidity and a long, lingering floral finish.
