West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Pinot Grigio
Very bright and clear with a very light straw hue. Has a delicate nose of fresh pear fruit with hints of exotic tropical fruit. This is a well weighted, very approachable, fresh dry white. It has delicate fruit flavours of summer fruits, eg golden delicious apples and ripe pear. Its delicate fruit flavours are well balanced by its gentle acidity, very characteristic of the variety. Our Pinot Grigio has a nice textural quality and can be enjoyed with or without food. Best enjoyed as a young wine, serve lightly chilled.
