The Italian variety Nebbiolo naturally makes a pale red wine, and is dry and savoury but with good flavour depth, so is perfect for premium Rosé production. Bright pale salmon in the glass. Savoury red berry fruit lift with some dusty herb notes. Sweet cherry-berry fruit entry, in a dry and savoury style, with fleshy core depth, crunchy acidity, and a note of sweet watermelon to finish.
