Distilled on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, this single malt whiskey reveals the classic Fleurieu salt and Umami backbone, overlaid with dried stone-fruits of Apera and Tawny raisin character. This balance of flavours is refined with the finest Japanese techniques, and aged in the iconic Bird in Hand Winery barrels in the picturesque Adelaide Hills.
