Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Pinot Gris
The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of our vineyard sources. Our 2022 Pinnacle Pinot Gris is a single vineyard wine from our Wallace Lane vineyard situated at 1020m above sea level. This wine was fermented in 2/3 stainless steel with the balance fermented in neutral French Oak. Time on lees has resulted in a full bodied expression of the Pinot Gris grape. A highly aromatic wine with flavours of juicy, tropical fruits being at the forefront of the palate.
