Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Eastern View Chardonnay
Our cream of the crop barrel-selected Chardonnay was sourced from Eastern facing Orange District vineyards. Each bunch was carefully chosen by the winemaking team to ensure only the highest quality of fruit of the vintage was included. Maturation on yeast lees for 9 months with weekly batonnage in French oak has produced a premium Chardonnay, refined and focused the palate; worthy of time in the cellar. Our 2021 Eastern View Chardonnay has been awarded a Gold Medal from Halliday with a score of 95.
