Bright straw in colour with green hues. This wine is fruit dominant with vibrant aromas of pears, figs, green pineapple and peach on a base of almond tart. With time in the glass, the aromas of butter, cheese rind, toast and flint emerge. Medium to full bodied, this Chardonnay is mineral and soft, supported by fine, fresh acidity. Hill-Smith Estate Eden Valley Chardonnay is made to be paired with food.
