Gundog Estate Hunter Shiraz
This wine is a blend of Shiraz produced from old vines
grown at premium vineyards in central Pokolbin. The wine
was fermented in traditional open-top tanks, and
maturation took place over twelve months in French oak
puncheons. This is a modern style of Hunter Shiraz from a
cooler vintage, showcasing fruit purity and balance; a
medium bodied wine that will reward careful cellaring.
