Produced in the traditional Champenoise method from Chardonnay (63%)
and Pinot Noir (37%) and aged for 3 years on lees. An aromatic nose of
brioche, citrus and white flowers flows onto a palate featuring lemon
biscuit, citrus pith, Granny Smith apple and hazelnut. With a crisp, dry finish
this limited release wine is perfect as an aperitif
