Bird in Hand Sparkling ‘O’

A blend of the classic Champagne varietals, 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay, this Méthode Champenoise style wine has been aged for two years on lees in bottle before disgorging.

The result is a complex sparkling wine with fresh green apple and citrus blossom, complemented by brioche, almond nougat and subtle musk spice. Fine beading adds to the creamy texture and long persistent finish.
