Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Sauvignon Blanc

The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of our vineyard sources. Fruit for this benchmark Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our Griffin Road vineyard. Fermentation in 100% older French oak for 10 months with extended lees contact and stirring has yielded a wine that is both intense yet refined. Scents of mango and green papaya are abundant and the palate has a well balanced and persistent soft, pillowy texture.
